Live in the center of Milan; 4 days on & 3 off!

We are a family of 3: we just had a baby. I'm Italian, my wife is Chinese and the baby is obviously a mix :) . My wife & I are 32 and the baby is 6 months old
ABOUT US
We live in the center of Milano; we've lived abroad a lot - 3 years in Germany, 1 year in USA, 1 in Taiwan, 2 in Indonesia, 1 in China. We love being with people from different cultures!
My wife and I are entrepreneurs and are working full-time at the company we co-founded. The baby wrecked a bit of havoc and we need some help!
ABOUT THE HELP WE NEED
We need some help with the baby & around the house from Monday to Thursday. Fridays and weekends are off - you live with us but do what you want.
We'd like you to help with 2 things: babysitting & cleaning.
- Baby wakes up at 8am and we'd like you to take care of him - feeding, changing, entertaining, etc. You can come with us to the office, go to the park, whatever you want.
- When baby sleeps (4 hours total during the day), we'd like you to help a bit with cleaning & ironing. We have robots for vacuuming&mopping the floor, so it's mostly dusting & cleaning the kitchen etc.
ABOUT ACCOMODATION & BENEFITS
We'd pay a monthly salary of €900 to cover for personal expenses; you can arrange it so that you save 100% of it if you wish (we pay for groceries etc)
You basically have 4 days helping us, where you can go out after 9pm (if you wish :) & 3 days completely off. With 3 days, you can explore all of italy from here.
Personally we love rock-climbing (prime spots are 50m drive from Milan, by the lake), though you can skii in the winter (2h drive), go to the beach in the summer (1.5h), explore wine regions of Piedmont (1h) and Tuscany (1.5h), go to Rome (3h by train) or Naples (4h) etc.
Here's what we honestly think you'd like:
- Milan is the lifestyle center of italy - everything (culturally, night-life, etc) is here. It's also 40m from the lake, 1.5h from the real mountains, 1.5h from the sea. It's probably the best place to live in Italy
- Our workplace is quite multicultural; 100 people, average age is 28, most from Italy but include people from all over (germany, austria, spain, france, argentina, netherlands, india, etc); you're welcome to come to our office and hang around with people there, play ping pong, etc. They're quite the party-goers at night :)
