Be a campground host in wilds of beautiful Bulgaria

We are a small family run campground, and we are looking for a campground host/s to help us for the 2022 summer season. Our whole family, do our part in making sure that everyone who stays at Blue Gate Farm has a wonderful, relaxing time. We generally have a very laidback lifestyle, but of course there are things that must get done. We value creativity and love to hear ideas and help implement them if we can. If you have ever dreamed of spending an entire summer camping, love to be outdoors, connect with nature, smell wildflowers, and see the night sky in all its glory, then a summer of campground hosting at Blue Gate Farm may be just what you're looking for! We run a uniquely wild camping experience, with limited facilities and infrastructure. We refuse to concrete anything! Our goal is to bring camping back to what it should be about...getting back into nature. Our guests are the coolest travelers from all over the world and love to share stories of their adventure, and hear about yours. As an added benefit we're located close enough to Sofia that you can easily do a city day or 2 but get back to our relaxed pace of life in about an hour. We have a solid internet connection and we also work remotely from home so this position would also be good for a digital nomad, as long as you are able to get the required work done. We think this position would be ideal for a couple, as it may get a bit lonely if you are all by yourself.

WORKING ARRANGEMENT

We expect the campground host to put in about 25hours a week with 2 days off. The most important part of the job will be to welcome and socialize with guests when we can't. We value creativity and friendly attitudes. The ability to make small talk with new people and be attentive to their needs is of utmost importance. Set jobs will be to check and clean the toilet 2 times a day X5 days a week, clean the pool x 2 days a week, usse yard strimmer 1 hour x 1once a week.

LIVING ARRANGEMENT

As a campground host you will be set up in your very own campsite, which you can decorate and arrange to make it comfortable for you. We want you to feel at home, and like you are part of the Blue gate family. We will provide the tent, bedding, camp kitchen.
