Help hours during winter months December 1st to March 31st.
Generally Help Exchangers help about
27 hours/week
For example….
5 days week - 5 hrs & 24 mins =27 hrs/week
6 days a week - 4 hrs & 30 mins =27 hrs/week
& lift pass allowance paid at the end of every month from the first day of arrival during winter from December 1st to March 31st.
Non winter hours are less than 25 hrs a week, with addition of food, some seasonal vegetables for cooking. (conditions will be decided during 2023 winter)
We are located only 300m from the ski lift & convenience store across the road in the center of hirafu niseko ski resort.

So you can come & go as many times as you want during the day, easily coming back for lunch or snack & going out again to snowboard.
There is very cheap used gear in town for sale.
APRIL is our best month of the year.
Snowboard & Ski every morning every day.
The sun shines almost every day, winter crowds disappear & often you will not see another person. Slopes groomed perfectly every morning. Early April fresh snow falls are common.
Preferably need people with international drivers licence or translated drivers licences that can drive manual small vans & small trucks.
A bonus would be people that have carpentry painting and wallpapering skills.
Summer & Autumn
From July to December its summer & autumn. Escape the summer and autumn heat and humidity of the rest of Japan.
Tennis swimming cycling mountain climbing.
New flow mountain bike MTB trail and MTB to use in the local town.
Winter
This winter (2022 season) preference is for those who can start before December 20th and stay for at least 2 months or all winter. The longer the better.
For non winter months...
If you have a lot of experience in one of the following we urge you to apply:
International drivers licence and experience driving manual cars - we also have automatic cars.
House renovations
Painting
Fixing things
Writing skills
IT skills
Design (Illustrator, Photoshop or WordPress)
You have an international driver's licence and will be okay with other tasks such as cooking and house cooking.
