Help needed to renovate a tired little house in Newport South Wales

Location: Newport, Wales

This poor little house needs a new bathroom, kitchen, flooring and complete decoration, including painting the outside. I am looking for 4 people to help, I would feel more confident if most of them had some previous experience of DIY and renovation.

It always seems smipler than it is to do even the most ordinary things, like sand down a wall, or fill some holes, it require patience, and attention to detail. Some of the jobs will be heavy, so be aware of this.

I am ready now to begin to accept guest workers, I have been let down by some people from another website, so eager to start.

I have myself and one Spanish worker so far, I welcome any nationality, but do want to learn a bit of Spanish language, so I'm happy to accept more from that country

I will try to give everyone their own room, but there may be times to share when work is in progress in one of the rooms, I would like about 25hrs work a week, but it could be over fewer days to give more time of to explore. lets be flexible.

I will find 3 meals a day, I don't cater for fussy eaters, but can accommodate vegetarians. people who don't mind taking turns cooking and shopping are very valued.

I will provide and safety clothing or workwear you might need, boots will be new, but other things may be secondhand. I encourage everyone to be sociable, explore, try new skills, work hard and play hard too!
