We are not an intentional community but a diverse group of like-minded, committed individuals who work together toward a common vision of the world of our longing.
Work here as part of the 'Essential Team' is varied and can be challenging as well as highly rewarding including; work in the gardens and on the land, maintaining and building the site infrastructure, helping with the education programme as well as the most essential tasks like cooking and cleaning.
There are opportunities to get involved in everything we do. Working and living here is a very rich, deep experience into reconnecting not only to yourself as a human being but also to this world we love .

URGENTLY SEEKING SPECIALIST JOINERY VOLUNTEERS

We are currently building our Land Based Learning Centre and have a fully equipped joinery workshop in which we are constructing bespoke furnishings, worktops, tables for a professional kitchen and dining hall. We will also be making the oak doors and staircases etc.

What we are looking for:

You will need an interest and enthusiasm to learn new skills and get involved with the team working on this project.

Minimum Experience: some carpentry skills and a willingness to learn more.

Ideal Experience: Joinery skills, including the use of standard workshop machinery and an ability to work from drawings.

We are looking for passionate, energetic volunteers with a deep affinity to what nourishes our bodies and souls. You would have an enquiring mind to explore where our food comes from, it would be a unique opportunity to gain experience in working in a dynamic, organic kitchen delivering excellence and mindfullness with every meal !
