Hi there fellow traveler!I need some help from a plumber/HVAC to install two water radiators in my cozy house close to the ocean in Trelleborg. It's not a big job and can probably be done in a few days (but you can of course stay longer), but it needs to be someone who knows how to do it, how to fit pipes etc. Also someone who could sand and paint a few indoor walls, and paint a outdoor concrete wall would be of interest.
The house is undergoing renovations right now, I am expecting to be done with the main things (sanding and painting walls) in May and the joints on the facade a bit earlier. Right now its a bit messy in the house but it will soon be much better.
The house is located 1 min by foot from the beach in Trelleborg, southern Sweden. You can reach city centre by bus or bicycle in a few minutes and you have lots of nature along the coast that will take you to Ystad, Hlviken, Skan etc. Also Malmis a 25 mins drive or, a you can catch the bus/train there.
Im living in the house some days, and some days im not.
I am quite flexible about how long you can stay here. However for me the best would be if you come here end of April.
Would be great to host someone, and get some help with this project. Looking forward to hear from you!
WORKING ARRANGEMENT
Main task is to install two water radiators (you need to know what you are doing). And we will get the tools needed for the job.
And/or also someone who could sand and paint a few indoor walls, and paint a outdoor concrete wall would be of interest.
Other than that there might also be other tasks like sanding and painting, gardening, general cleaning in the house etc. But the main focus would be to help me with those water radiators.
You should have plenty of time to explore Trelleborg and its surroundings, not just come here to work. If I need to set a certain number of hours, then perhaps around 3 hours per day, but I am very flexible and can adjust to your plans. It would be nice to finish the project with the radiators or painting quite quick and then you can have days to explore and enjoy without work.
LIVING ARRANGEMENT
At the moment there is one double bed in the house and a mattress. When im done with the painting there will be two double beds. You will have your own room the whole time. You can of course use the kitchen, the two living rooms, garden etc.
