Experience Stockholm while becoming part of an international hostel team!We are looking for friendly, responsible, and motivated volunteers to join our hostel through a work exchange program. In return for your help, we provide free accommodation in a welcoming and social environment where you'll meet travelers from all over the world.
Volunteers support the day-to-day operations of the hostel and gain valuable experience in hospitality while exploring one of Europe's most beautiful capitals.
Our placements require a minimum stay of 2 weeks, with opportunities to extend based on your performance and the hostel's operational needs.
WORKING ARRANGEMENT
Work commitment: 17-21 hours per week or 3-4 hours per day
Possible tasks:
Housekeeping and maintaining clean common areas and guest rooms
Reception support and guest assistance
Helping organize hostel events and social activities
Assignments are based on operational needs and your skills.
Work schedules may include weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
LIVING ARRANGEMENT
Volunteers receive free shared accommodation at our hostel in Stockholm for the duration of their placement.
You'll live in a friendly, international environment alongside other volunteers and travelers, with access to the hostel's shared facilities and common areas.
Please note that meals, transportation, travel costs, visas, insurance, and personal expenses are not included. Volunteers are responsible for arranging these independently.
