Farm in Teruel - Spain Teruel - Volunteers Base - Free Volunteering and Work Exchange Opportunities.

Location: Teruel, Spain

The farm is a 1,5 hectare plot of land with 26 olive tress, 2 almonds, some figs and a small vegetable garden. I am working there on an eco-tourism and sustainability education project but do not have much time to do farm work and so am looking for volunteers to help me.

The facilities are extremely basic with no hot water and compost toilets. There are two places to sleep (apart form if you bring a tent) which are a yurt, and an old stone shed. Both have comfortable beds and wood burning stoves. There is an almost fully equipped kitchen.

The land and the surrounding area are beautiful pine forests, hills and rocks. You can barely see another building, and it is an extremely peaceful place, perfect for enjoying nature. La granja es de 1,5 hectarias con 26 olivos, 2 almendros, higueras y un huerto pequeño. El proyecto es mayormente de eco-turismo y educación de sostenibilidad, pero como no tengo mucho tiempo para cuidar a los arboles estoy buscando voluntarios para ayudarme.

Las instalaciones son muy básicos - baños secos, y no hay agua caliente. Hay dos sitios para alojarse - el viejo almacen, o la yurta. Los dos tienen camas matrimoniales cómodas y estufas de leña. Hay una cocina bien equipado.

El valle es muy bonito con pinos, montañas y rocas. Casi no se ve otros edificios, y es un sitio muy tranquilo en medio de la naturaleza. Hay un río fabuloso cerca, donde podemos bañarnos cuando el calor aprieta. El pueblo más cercano es a unos 5 minutos en coche. mas info y fotos www.boodaville.wordpress.com
