All year round we have young people as volunteers/helpers on our farm. After a while they become members of our big family. Together with all of them we achieved a lot! You are invited to become one of them, to visit us and get your own impression of the life at our farm! We do not just work together, but we live together aswell. Three times a day we eat together - the meals are the main social instance, because it is at this time we meet all together around a big table in our kitchen. We try to take time to be together than. At the meals we talk about the day and the tasks for the day. Tha tasks depends on the needs of the farm, in the winter there are days with less work to do, in the summer there might be days even in the weekend we have to try to get the seeds in the earth before the rain is coming. This means we try to have a look at the needs of the farm and the indivdual needs of the people. The most important thing is, that you - if you join us - want to be a part of our community helping us to maintain the farm and maybe even make it a little bether place to be. We prefere volunteers to stay a longer term, that means at least three months. This is so we can get to know each other bether and so there is some continuity in the days. But at the moment and in the summermonths it is easier to come for shorter stays as well. We are happy to hear from you and get to know you, if you think this sounds interesting.
