Pignano is a farm of 270 hectares of which 100 are woodland, situated at 500 m, with a view of Volterra and the hills beyond. On a clear day you can see the hilltops of Corsica. We are a group of 8 people who live here permanently and others who come for shorter periods. The farm has been cultivated organically for many years. There are horses, chickens and 2 pigs. We are planting a large vegetable garden which we hope will supply most of the vegetables for the farm throughout the year. We are very interested in permaculture. Accommodation in room.
