I recently purchased a charming little house in the southern region of Peloponnese, specifically in the Mani area. It is located 1.5 kilometers away from Stoupa and about 500 meters from the nearest beach. The house has been unoccupied for several years, we renovated sleeping room, bathroom and kitchen, but still a lot of work has to be done.WORKING ARRANGEMENT
The minimum stay required is a week, during which you would be expected to work for 7 hours per person. There are various tasks to be done, ranging from repairing and painting walls and windows to outdoor jobs such as building or repairing walls, and even electrical wiring and plumbing work, depending on your skills. All necessary materials will, of course, be provided and paid for.
LIVING ARRANGEMENT
You will be staying in the house on your own. Max. 3 persons. A tent in the garden is absolutely possible too.
The sleeping room offers a king-size bed with a new mattress, and there are two additional sleeping options in a small second room. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, sink, and a gas stove for cooking. There is a hot water boiler and a basic shower in the toilet room.
