Help needed for building a permaculture garden, training and event facilities

We started to build the Paradise garden in March 2025, as well as a Geodesic Dome, a Pagode Pavillion, a wood house, the tent section and the first food garden areas. We do need help in all these area, mainly gardening, garden building, but also cleaning, cooking, maintaining activities. The 5 Kyrgyz yurts need some maintenance and new covers. From July 2025 the training centers will be opened with the first workshop, also dancing, yoga and retreats are scheduled In September ,a first test open air event with some local bands is scheduled and needs to be prepared.WORKING ARRANGEMENT
The work time is 5 hours per day, starting 6 am to 8:30 and then 17:30 to 20:00 for the garden works but can be flexibel as well according to the project one is joining. Saturday and Sunday is off except when supporting the events or taking over the irrigation duty for the week end.
LIVING ARRANGEMENT
There are comfortable tents where volunteers are staying during the touristic season, one volunteer per tent, one tent is suitable for couples. We do have joint breakfast and the morning briefing, joint Lunch and individual dinner from Monday to Friday. We do cook as good as possible according to the demands of the volunteers, also using our own organic vegetable and fruit products.
Saturday and Sunday is off, except for event demands on agreed conditions.
