Help needed at campsite during the Oktoberfest in Munich, Germany

Location: Munich, Germany
Hi travelers!
We are an international bunch from Stoke Travel, who have been hosting Oktoberfest for likeminded travelers for several years.
We are looking for young internationals to help us set up the tent camp and keep it running so that everyone has the best possible Oktoberfest experience.

Experience the Bavarian way of life with us, get to know a bunch of new people from all countries and make a lot of memories together! With you, we want to set up a tent camp with comfortable small and large tents for young travelers and volunteers and have a cozy and fun time with them during the Oktoberfest, with all meals included.

We will make the camp look beautiful with you to make you feel at home and create a real festival atmosphere. There will be relaxed corners with lanterns and hammocks, but also games, tours to the Oktoberfest, and lots of fun and drinks together so that everybody has a super good time!

Travel is only as good as the people you are with, so everyone should feel free to get weird and be a part of the campsite community. Friends you meet with Stoke are for life.

WORKING ARRANGEMENT

For our campsite we need helpers in the following fields;
- Reception
- Welcoming crew
- Crew for the bar
- Kitchen / Dinner / Breakfast
- Entertainment / Photography

The most important thing is that you like to be with people, and that you're not afraid to get into action. An important role for you is to make your fellow travelers feel at home. Everyone should feel free to get weird and be a part of the campsite community.

We will start building the campsite from the 25th of August and it will end around the 11th of October, 2022. Stay as long as you want with us, the longer you stay the better friends you'll make! As we'd like to build a solid team the minimum to stay is 2 weeks. You will work 5 days a week for about 6 hours a day (this can be more or less on some days) according to a Rota. The rest of the week you have time off and can visit Munich and the surroundings or just hang out with the rest of the crew and the guests on the campsite or make your own events and games.

- You will meet many travelers from many different countries, have an amazing time all together and gain many intercultural experiences.
- You will guide and give traveler advice to the newcomers and inform the masses and spread warm Stoke vibes across camp.
- You will get experience in helping to run a campsite with everything that comes with that.
- You will feel at home and make many new friends from all over the globe.
- You will have comfortable accommodation during the Oktoberfest and discover Munich and Bavaria.
- You will be part of the most wonderful and multicultural camp ever.
- You will be able to practice and learn new languages.
