Help needed on a little organic farm for self sufficiency and permaculture

UPDATE: Help needed again. Especially helpers who are having a keen interest in gardening and farming stuff are welcome. Aditionally you should have a big interest to integrate in our little family.

Upcoming: Fencing, Building Stable for free range pigs, Gardening. Work with cob and bricklaying.

we are Daniela (28), Christian (31), our son Hendrik (27 Months) and Jannik (7 Months). Moreover there is Honey, the wonderful dog, the Cats Strudel and Naps, a few sheep, lots of rabbits, a few ducks, chicken and fish. Very soon we will have to take care of pigs as well.
We have been part of workaway ourselves and started becoming Hosts in 2011 and had absolutely fantastic helpers since that time.
Now, after our 2 sons are born we have lots of work around the house and in the garden again so we would love to have a volunteer or a couple here again. Dani is already back at University and Chris is working in the field of IT.
We like to share our home and our lifestyle with people from all over the world, like to make friends and spend a good time together.
It would be fantastic to have somebody here who wants to stay for a long period and share the life with us, learn the language, ...... Uncomplicated short term stays ( 3-4 weeks) accepted as well.
We have with some of our friends a lakeside property with a few fishponds we have to take care of. There is a plenty of work to do as well regularly.
The type of work depends mostly on your skills and if you are willing to learn new things. We are happy to share our knowledge with you and you should be able to do the same.
We would be happy to spend some spare time with you as well: going for hiking trips, visit friends and family, taking you to the theatre,......
