About YESD
YESD is a Vietnamese social enterprise founded in 2015 with the mission to increase employment and build capacity for locals in responsible tourism. YESD provides various experiential tours for foreign visitors to learn about Vietnamese rich cultures and travel responsibly, thereby contributing to the sustainable development of regions where tourists come to visit.

• Authentic: We provide training and job opportunities and increase income for locals so they can directly benefit from tourism development. Our tour guides and homestay owners will bring customers a profound experience of culture and life in Vietnam

WORKING ARRANGEMENT

Roles and responsibilities:
• Coordinate with Marketing staff to do insight market research
• Coordinate with Marketing staff to design marketing strategies and campaigns to increase the visibility of YESD’s brand and increase sales volume
• Implement strategies and campaigns according to the plan including but not limited to managing the website and social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, TikTok) and producing marketing content (blog post writing, video making, etc)
• Other related tasks: partner search, business development, and so on

Requirements:
• No experience required
• Interests in writing, especially writing in English
• Commit to present at the office at least 2-3 sessions per week
• Ability to work independently under little supervision
• Ability to understand and complete work following the core values of the YESD
