Have you ever dreamed of living in a mountain village, where every day your time and skills directly change lives?
At Pc TVillage (about 21 km from Ha Giang City, on the way to the UNESCO Global Geopark of Dong Van Karst Plateau), we are building an eco-community from the ground up combining sustainable farming, eco-tourism, and community education.
This is a unique chance to join us right from the beginning, where life is still simple, sometimes challenging, but full of meaning. Please note: because this is a rural village, facilities are limited (basic accommodation, no luxury comforts). Our office in Ha Giang City is only a meeting and pick-up point before bringing volunteers to the village.
What Youll Do
Teach English to children and adults helping kids gain confidence, and giving local families the skills to connect with international visitors.
Clear grass, plant flowers, and support organic farming.
Cook and share meals with local families.
Help make eco-bricks and support basic community building projects.
Connect with villagers and share your knowledge, skills, and energy.
Your Contribution
We ask for a 10 USD daily contribution to make the project fair and sustainable. This covers:
3 local meals per day
Shared homestay accommodation in the village
Basic utilities (water, electricity)
A portion reinvested into the community: supporting farmers, improving homestays, and developing eco-tourism
Your Free Time
Outside of volunteer hours, you can:
Wander through the village and meet local families
Swim in the mountain streams
Paddle a boat or kayak on the river
Enjoy the slow, authentic rhythm of HGiang life
Commitment: Minimum 2 weeks stay, ideally 13 months (flexible, from November 2025 onwards)

WORKING ARRANGEMENT
Working Hours
Volunteers usually contribute 56 hours per day, 6 days per week.
Morning: 8:30 11:30 Teaching English, eco-farming, or eco-brick building
Afternoon: 14:00 17:00 Community projects, gardening, or construction support
Evenings are free for cultural exchange, cooking, or language practice with local families.
One day off per week to relax or explore Ha Giang.
LIVING ARRANGEMENT
Accommodation, Meals & Contribution
As this is a community-based project, volunteers will stay in shared homestay accommodation within the village, living side by side with local families.
Every day, you will enjoy three delicious home-cooked local meals, prepared with fresh ingredients and shared together with the hosts a true taste of HGiang life.
To help sustain the project, please kindly ask for a daily contribution of 10 USD, which covers:
3 meals per day (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
Village homestay accommodation
Basic utilities (electricity, water, hot shower)
A portion reinvested into the village supporting families, improving homestays, and developing eco-tourism initiatives
In this way, your stay not only sustains you but also directly supports the community you are helping to grow.
