Location: Taichung, Taiwan
Lane62 Hostel is perfectly situated in the centre of Taichung City, Taiwan, with easy access to public transportation. It is just a two-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, and from there only a 20-minute ride to Fengjia Night Market. Tunghai University and its night market are just a 10-minute walk away, making it very convenient for food and groceries.Work is light only four hours a day from 10 am to 2 pm leaving you free to explore Taichung for the rest of the day!
WORKING ARRANGEMENT
How long do you need to work?
1. At least 15 days! Normally, the first day will be just a day for you to know who we are and what we do. So you can decide your arrival time on your own.
2. Normally 2-4 hours per day. There may be morning, afternoon and night shifts.
3. 2 day-offs per week.
LIVING ARRANGEMENT
What do we offer?
1. Free accommodation: One bed in a 2-bed bunk room, or one bed in a 6-bed dormitory.
*May need to sleep with another volunteer in the same room if needed.
*Rooms are all air-conditioned.
2. A simple kitchen to prepare meals on your own.
*We only offer free accommodation, meals are NOT included.
3. Washing machine and dryer, clothesline space.
4. Toiletries inclding shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.
5. Chance to share the cultural difference with other guests and staff.
