Help needed at event space in Japanese countryside

Location: Chichibu-shi, Japan
This is an event space with a certain amount of garden, where I grow some organic vegetables. The garden needs regular maintenance, and I also run a workshop where I restore antique furniture. Work involves keeping the grounds clear and occasional preparation for parties, etc. Also, I may require some help with the preparation of various artifacts and products, such as incenses and essential oils, that I sell online.I am also working on restoration of an old farmhouse next door, and can use help with that to some extent, although the work is almost complete. You can see it at 🔒[Complete verification to view link] It is in this building that you would have your room. WiFi, a computer and a large collection of video films is also available. Upstairs is a fully equipped party space with a 4000 watt sound system, which is available for use by those who understand the equipment.
We are not within easy walking distance of the town, but a vehicle is usually available for use, such as if you want to go into the town or travel somewhere on a day off, e.g. at weekends. An international driving license is required for this. I also will need help transporting antiques, so a license would be a great help.
I enjoy cooking, and guests here usually find the meals very tasty. They are, however, vegetarian (though not completely vegan). Separate kitchen facilities are available for use apart from the meals I serve. Since I tend to get up late and have brunch instead of breakfast and lunch, you will be provided with supplies to prepare your own breakfast if desired. I will provide tasty dinners, and lunches, if you want them, will be prepared in cooperation. I will appreciate your help in meal preparation and cleaning up in the kitchen, as well as a certain amount of the usual domestic work.
I would expect 4 to 5 hours work per day, with 2 days, most likely weekends, free. When there is a weekend event, I may ask you to help, and to take two other days off during the week.
