Are you an outdoor enthusiast looking for a unique experience in one of Japan's most renowned destinations? We are looking for helpers to join us in the beautiful and famous ski resort of Niseko. Whether you're a winter sports fanatic or a summer adventure seeker, Niseko offers a stunning natural backdrop for all seasons.
Helper Positions Available:
Low Season (April-November): We are seeking 2 helpers.
High Season (Dec-March): We are looking for 6 to 8 helpers.

WORKING ARRANGEMENT
Your Role:
As a helper, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our two lodges and ensuring our guests have an unforgettable stay. Your responsibilities will include:
Keeping the lodges clean and welcoming.
Preparing meals for our guests.
Greeting and assisting guests to ensure they feel at home.
Assisting with the management of other properties, especially during the summer.
Various tasks related to lodge operations and guest services.
Expected Work Load:
Summer: 20 hours per week, split over 4 days (minimum stay 2 weeks)
Winter: 25 hours per week (can go exceptionally up to 30 hours on really busy weeks), spread over 5 days (must commit for the full season December-March)
