WORKING ARRANGEMENT: Tasks depend on your abilities, cleaning, painting, gardening, and various renovation/construction,
LIVING ARRANGEMENT :There are private apartments and one dorm room, we provide vegetarian lunch almost everyday, Each living area also has a kitchen and shower.
APPLICATION: After receiving an email from an interested volunteer, we send a short application and may do a video interview. We use WhatsApp and/or Google Meet for most video interviews. Thank you!
HOUSE RULES: We describe a lot of our policies below just to keep everything up front and make sure the volunteers applying are good matches for our place. We have had a lot of successful work trades and have made long term friends who come back again and again. We look look forward to more great experiences.
SOBRIETY: We are not moralizing but due to past experience and how hard it is to manage people when they impair their memory and faculties, we find volunteers work and communicate better when sober. If you have a lifestyle where you feel the need to smoke weed or drink alcohol and therefore can not comply with this, please do not apply. There are no exceptions to our drug policy and we ask all volunteers to be sober and to not use or bring any substances on the property.
QUIET HOURS: Because on the property we have healing sessions going on, we have a general rule to keep noise down.
SECURITY: For everyone's safety and security, the outdoor parking lots and common areas of the property are protected By 24 hour audio And Video Surveillance, By being on the property you acknowledge and agree to be recorded.
