Looking for an experienced Housekeeper / Childcare minder

Location: Taupo , New Zealand

Kinloch (Lake Taupo) is looking for an experienced Housekeeper / Childcare minder . In exchange for household duties / childmining we offer free food and accomodation in our recently new contemporary style lodge. However, the role itself has the opportunity to be a paid position for the right person as the hours would become full-time 5 days a week over the summer.

Our names are Simone and Paul and we have two boys - Oscar (8 years) and Hunter (6 years) and a dog called Grover. Your room is stylishly decorated, has its own en-suite and outside deck.

Ideally you would have your own car as Kinloch can be isloated and it is 20 mins from Taupo. You will also like the country and outdoor activities. We would welcome you to become part of the family and join us on outdoor activities. You must be experienced with children and enjoy being with them. The role involves childminding and maintaining the house performing household duties and preparing the evening meal. You are a person that enjoys cooking and healthy options too! Keeping the housework up to date is very important as we are extremely tidy, clean and organised family and you would also need to be like this. We would also require you to clean our holiday house (which is a 5 minute walk away) and to prepare the beds during the summer months.

Kinloch, Lake Taupo is an attractive holiday destination with its beauty, beaches, cycle and walking tracks, golf courses, marina, cafes and restaurants. It is approx 15 minutes from Taupo and an hour to the mountain for skiing. We are a fun loving family and look forward to hearing from you!
