Volunteer with us in Wadi Rum!

Location: Wadi Rum, Jordan

You are welcome to live with me and my family in Wadi Rum, and learn about Bedouin culture. You will share our daily routine and experience the way of life here, our customs and traditions. For example, you will eat with us the traditional way and get to eat delicious Jordanian and Bedouin food.
It would be nice if you can assist me in internet-related things, and any work around the house or the camp.
Of course, you will have plenty of opportunity to explore our spectacular Wadi Rum desert with huge mountains, sand dunes, canyons and stunning rock formations.

WORKING ARRANGEMENT

Internet-related tasks: help with website, booking, customer communication, marketing
Help around the house: help with anything that might come up during the time you are here, if you want to can help my children improve their English

Working hours are flexible and not too much, there will not be work during all days.

LIVING ARRANGEMENT

We have a small compound in Wad Rum village, where you will stay with us, or at our desert camp.
At our house you can sleep on a mattress in a living room seperate from the main house, or depending on availability (sometimes we host climbers) in our tourist tent inside the compound). There is wifi in the house.
At the camp, similarly, you can sleep in the big tent, or one of the small private tents.
All food and meals are included, sometimes at the camp, sometimes at the house
