Residencia Andalucia: Experience life in the safest, most modern and turistic place in Lima

Location: Miraflores, Perú

Welcome to the safest, most turistic and most modern place in Lima. This beautiful neighborhood is really close to the sea and next to Barranco, which is considered one the coolest neighborhoods in the whole world.

This apartment has 2 bedrooms but only one of them is available, 2 shared bathrooms, good internet connection, living room, dinning room, kitchen, tv cable and a garage.

I'm a native spanish speaker, lawyer, polyglot (english, italian, portuguese, german, french and currently learning dutch) and language tutor. I live with my brother.

Language tutoring and tours around the city are offered in exchange of house cleaning.

The experience includes breakfast while lunch and dinner can be made in the kitchen or delvered. However most of the time there is food available to give it away! There are several restaurants around the building as well as an alternative just in case.

WORKING ARRANGEMENT

Cleaning service, 6 hours dayly from monday to friday

LIVING ARRANGEMENT

1 private room, breakfast included and most of the time there is extrafood available
