help needed for an art project in Playa del Carmen

I have a non profit art place a new art concept, and want a cultural assistent, if possible a man who is cultured and also can help fix material things from time to time.Three times a week in the evenings from 8 pm to midnight, I open my art oasis to the public.
I am playing myself the guide and need somebody else inside to attend exhibitions, art shows , talk to the people, and keep an eye.
If you are an artist and might entertain, with music or circus or painting class or dancing, would be just a dream.
This person will be hosted for free.
The name of the place is Le Lotus Rouge, located in the center of Playa del Carmen, 10 minutes walk from the 🔒[Complete verification to view links] is not anymore neither a restaurant nore a bar, just an art oasis wher one will dive into an art world.
We will begin the free access to arts on June 20, 2021.
