This hostel was created from the heart by two sisters. Johanna, hotelier lover, graduated in hotel and tourism management with more than 5 years of experience in the hotel service and Cynthia, internationalist and passionate traveler.
We are a traveler community in Quito related to conscious, sustainable tourism and fair trade, which promotes the values of peace, respect and collaboration as the essence of tourism practice.
Our hostel is located on Luis Cordero/Reina Victoria; is about 5 mins walk from Plaza Foch and close by bus or taxi to the Old City, Artesanal Markets and plenty of bars and restaurants to suit any budget.
The dorms and rooms are all beautifully fitted with polished wooden floors, super-comfy mattresses and quilts ~ necessary for Quito nights ~ really comfortable sitting/TV room with Netflix and a great selection of DVD's; a really well laid out and equipped kitchen and breakfast room, a Pergola and BBQ/roof-top area. Local artists have decorated the walls, and we have tons of local flora that make you feel out of the city being in the heart of Quito.
We think that the most important part of having a home is care about the well-being of its all integrates. That is why we try to set up our house like an integral home, we offer Yoga classes, we have a recycling system, we enjoy dinner together and our next project is to build an urban garden, Do you want to help us?
