I offer a private room with private bathroom in my apartment in Villa Crespo, Buenos Aires, a lively and well-connected neighborhood. The building has a swimming pool and gym, which helpers are welcome to use.

WORKING ARRANGEMENT
Im looking for responsible helpers with practical skills to help with painting, general home maintenance and small renovation tasks, such as wall painting, basic repairs and minor electrical work. Im specifically interested in people with previous experience in construction, maintenance, renovations or electricity. This is not a cleaning or general help position.
The help is around 4 hours per day, 5 days a week, with some flexibility depending on the tasks.
