'We are a small non-profit organization that works hard to improve the quality of life and education of children outside of serengueti national park. Our mission is to help these children through an alternative school, with actions and activities that help to improve their education, helping to improve the children's self-esteem has deteriorated because many of the children come from families with problems.A peculiarity of ours in that we develop and work our own projects directly
Come and participate as a volunteer in this project built with our own hands and with the ambition to carry out a transparent, genuine and direct social work with the communities.
Work content:
- Classes and activities:
Teaching English, dance, acting and theater classes, homework help, drawing and painting, outdoor sports, educational games, yoga, ecology tutoring, crafts, cakes, good cleanliness and health teaching, skills teaching social, etc. We are open to new ideas!
- Flexible schedule; From Monday to Friday from 6 to 8 hours per day. We also work in the morning.
* REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum age 18
- ability and patience to work with children
- It is not necessary to have teaching experience or volunteer
- tolerant and adaptable person
- Capacity for teamwork.
- ability to work and live in a very united intercultural group
- Have an adaptable, open and positive mindset.
* WHAT INCLUDES:

- Personalized activities and practical courses in:
* Swahili
* excursions and group trips at no cost to guide many attractions in mto wa mbu lake manyara , visits to traditional artisan villages, visits to the lakes by boat, serengueti and Ngorngor national park (extra fees)
- Teach English in another country.
- Official voluntary work certificate issued by a non-profit legal organization (upon request)

WORKING ARRANGEMENT
Volunteers will imply as much as they want in this amazing project, something sure is the amazing experience that the volunteer will live with us
LIVING ARRANGEMENT
Volunteers will stay at the volunteers rooms, each room has a private bathroom and it is located only a few minutes walking from the school. it will be a shared room or private room depending on the season and the numbers of volunteers.Our school is located in a rural area, at the entry of the most famous nationals parks like Nrongoro, Serengueti and Manyara. The volunteers will live a real Tanzanian experience in the school and will live with animals like baboons and zebras. the town is called Mto wa mbu, warm people and good variety of vegetable and very exotic fruits can be founded. Our area is very peaceful so volunteers can walk freely around like a local.
