Fountain of Grace Community Development is a grassroots initiative led by young people passionate about creating positive change. We believe in empowering communities through compassion, service, and practical solutions that meet everyday needs.
Our work focuses on youth mentorship, womens empowerment, education support, community training, health awareness, Teaching, sexual reproduction health and right and community development by addressing these areas, we aim to provide opportunities, restore hope, and help people build a stronger future.
We welcome volunteers who are open-hearted, motivated, and willing to share their time, skills, and ideas. Whether through teaching, mentoring, organizing activities, or simply offering a helping hand, every contribution makes a difference.

WORKING ARRANGEMENT
At Fountain of Grace Community Development, we value flexibility, teamwork, and mutual respect. Volunteers will be engaged in activities according to their skills and areas of interest. Typical working hours are 45 hours per day, 4 days a week, leaving time to rest, explore, and connect with the community.
We encourage creativity and initiative, so volunteers are welcome to suggest new ideas and projects that can benefit the community. Tasks may include [teaching, mentorship, workshops, community outreach, administration, or field support adjust to your real focus or desire or professional.
We strive to maintain a supportive and welcoming environment where volunteers feel at home. Our team will provide orientation, guidance, and continuous support throughout your stay.
Accommodation and meals may be provided depending on the projects capacity, and details will be communicated clearly in advance.
LIVING ARRANGEMENT
Volunteers will stay within the community in a safe and welcoming environment. Accommodation is provided , shared room with kids this creates bond of friendship and promote culture exchange Basic amenities such as clean water, electricity, and bedding are available, and we encourage volunteers to carry any personal items they may need for comfort.
Meals will be provided 3 times a day, feel free to buy your snacks We enjoy sharing local dishes and also welcome volunteers to cook and exchange cultural recipes.
Our community is warm and hospitable, giving volunteers the opportunity to fully experience local life, traditions, and culture. We aim to make every volunteer feel at home, connected, and part of the Fountain of Grace family.
