Help in our community projects and chamge lives

Location: Have Etoe, Ghana
Established in September 2010, Give A Dream Foundation was initiated by a young innovative Ghanaian, Alfred.
As someone who come from humble family, Alfred experienced and studied unfavorable situations in life with his family and peers during his younger age due to hardship and poverty.

Sometimes education is expensive to achieve, three sqaure meals is very difficult to get at homes, women take all burdens, children have no lunch at school and most especially most children lack educational materials to improve upon learning.
The situations mentioned above resulted in many problems such us school dropout, teenage pregnancy, malnutrition, teenage pregnancy, child labour and many more social problems most especially among girls.
It was Alfred's vision to help his community when he grew up to eliminate these social problems.
In his youthful age he decided to establish an organization based on his vision to change the situations in his community into a better by addressing the problems above hence the Give A Dream Foundation.

Our Vision

We envisage a world where all human beings can lead fulfilling lives in dignity and security, in harmony with the natural world.

Our Mission

Our mission is to make a positive difference to the lives and livelihoods of children, women and men who live in under-resourced and disadvantaged communities in the Volta Region of Ghana, ensuring that our contribution is a lasting one.

All our projects and programmes resonate with the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals, recognizing that ending poverty and other deprivations must go hand-in-hand with strategies that improve health and education, reduce inequality, and spur economic growth – all while tackling climate change and working to preserve our oceans and forests.

We believe in building long term relationships with the communities we support. Our programmes and projects have developed in an sustainable way over a number of years.

All the money we raise goes directly to our projects in Ghana. Our donors and supporters can see exactly where their money is spent and are kept fully informed of all our work.
