Duration of placement: Minimum 1 month
Placement period: 1 March – 1 October
Location: Mostar, Bosnia Herzegovina
Description of duties: Reception work, selling tours and activities, running pub crawls, running tours and day trips, organizing thematic evenings, picking up guests at the bus station, and other things if necessary.
Description of working environment: The hostel has 3 floors, 10 rooms and a terrace with a bar area. It is located in the city centre. There will be local staff working as well as international staff.
How many hours work per day/week : 8 hours/day
Total time commitment :40 hours/week
When it gets really busy: Low season is from March to June.High Season is July and August and than September and October goes down again. In the low season we can host up to 5 people and in the high season max 3 people.
