PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Small eco retreat on the east coast of Tasmania, looking for help from energetic and fit workers and helpers. Our property is a wildlife sanctuary with the best views of the east coast, and we take conservation seriously.
We ask for 4 to 5 hours of work per day, depending on the weather. We are looking for clean, honest, and trustworthy people who are capable of working unsupervised. We have a limit of 5 days to 2 weeks of work.
You must have your own vehicle, as we are in a very remote location with no public transport.
ABOUT US
We are a gay couple in our late 50s. One of us has a chronic illness, which is why help is required. We are very happy, positive, and respectful people, and we prefer people who respect the environment and appreciate nature and wildlife. We do not want any homophobes or preachers.
We are also a civil marriage celebrant, and we can offer elopement or wedding ceremonies for couples, with one month and one day's notice required by law.
Our property is centrally based and perfect for exploring the beautiful east coast of Tasmania. If you are looking for a meaningful stay in a stunning location with lovely people, we would love to hear from you.

WORKING ARRANGEMENT
We need help building a new veggie garden, weeding, and general outdoor chores. Weeding is a particularly important task, as we have the highest conservation listing in Tasmania and need to keep our Spanish Heath weed problem under control without using chemicals. Your help will contribute to a very important role in protecting the local environment.We ask for 4 to 5 hours of work per day, depending on the weather. LIVING ARRANGEMENT
You will stay in a fully self-contained solar chalet with ocean views, which our guests usually stay in. We hope that our helpers keep their chalet clean to our standards during their stay. We provide quality food supplies, some cooked meals, and limited alcohol daily. We would love to share some meals with our helpers.You must have your own vehicle, as we are in a very remote location with no public transport.
