PROJECT DESCRIPTION
My beautiful property is located 80 km south of Hobart, Tasmania, in a region known for its stunning landscapes, quiet countryside, and friendly communities. Many people come here to enjoy the annual Cygnet Folk Festival in January, to pick fruit in season from November to April, including berries and apples, or simply to wallow in the beautiful surrounds and uncrowded beaches of the area.
My property is very close to Cygnet town and is within walking distance, though it feels like you are right out in the countryside. The views are peaceful, the air is fresh, and the pace of life is slow. I am getting on in years, but still young at heart, and I am always needing help in the garden and to finish off landscaping the property. The work is varied and includes weeding, mowing, lugging wheelbarrows of gravel, wielding a mattock or spade, and helping me clean out the garage. It is physical but rewarding, and every bit of help makes a big difference.
Those who practice CE5, and those who know what that means, are most especially welcome.

WORKING ARRANGEMENT
I am inviting trustworthy people, up to two, who need one to a few days of accommodation to come stay with me in return for 2.5 hours of work for every day stayed. The work is flexible and depends on what needs doing on the day. I value people who are proactive, practical, and happy to get their hands dirty.LIVING ARRANGEMENT
You will stay in a spare room overlooking a valley, with a double bed to share. The room is comfortable and peaceful, with beautiful views. I am not in a financial position to offer all meals, but I can provide breakfast. You will need to arrange your own lunch and dinner, but the kitchen is available for you to use.Those who practice CE5, and those who know what that means, are most especially welcome.
