Stone house restoration in Redes Natural Park, Asturias, Spain 🏔️🪵

We live in a beautiful Natural Park in Asturias, in the north of Spain. We are restoring an old stone house, and we have already completed part of the work, including the roof, foundation, and window openings. Now we are at a crucial stage and need someone with knowledge and experience in woodwork to help us make the two floors in the house, as well as place the main beams and the smaller beams.

This is a hands-on, rewarding project in a stunning natural setting. The house is surrounded by lush green hills, forests, and small villages where life moves slowly and traditions are still alive. If you love wildlife, peaceful landscapes, and the charm of rural Spain, you will enjoy it here.We are looking for someone who is skilled in woodwork and comfortable working with traditional materials and techniques. You will be helping with the structural work of the floors and beams, so experience is essential. The work is physical and requires precision, but we are happy to work alongside you and create a good rhythm. We can discuss the hours and schedule to suit both parties.We offer accommodation and three meals a day, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food is simple, homemade, and made with local ingredients. You will stay with us in the house, and we will share meals and daily life together. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, and we value good company and conversation.
