Help wanted at hostels in The Hague and Delft, Netherlands

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
We are currently recruiting people to come and help us at our two different hostels: Beach Hostel Scheveningen and City Hostel Delft.
We are looking for enthusiastic travelers who have experience with hostels from their own travels. If you don't have any experience but have a cool personality and feel that you could add something to our hostels, please feel free to contact us.
We own two marvelous hostels. One is a 150-bed hostel just a 5-minute walk from the biggest beach in Holland, Scheveningen, with the city center of The Hague a 15-minute tram ride away. The other is a 100-bed hostel right in the center of lovely Delft, also known as "little Amsterdam".
In each hostel we are looking for people who want to come and stay. In return for your help we offer accommodation in a shared room with the other Work & Stayers, plus breakfast and free WiFi. All helpers need to speak English.
The maximum stay is one month and the minimum is 2 weeks. We have a trial period of one week.
When you come to help here you will be expected to take part in the everyday running of the hostels. There is always a million things to do! The work mainly involves cleaning and setting up breakfast, but help might also be needed with the bar, reception, and housekeeping.
Jordy, the owner, is a young, well-travelled ex-pro kiteboarder who built the hostel of his dreams after travelling the world extensively for the last 15 years. The staff are a variety of ages and nationalities, and collectively possess a great amount of travel and hostel experience. One thing we all have in common is that we love the lifestyle and variety that working and living in a hostel has to offer.
The feedback we get from most of our guests is that this is the best hostel they have ever stayed in. This place really is your home away from home. We aim to provide the best balance between laid-backness, homely comforts, adventure, nightlife, and of course the beach.
The general attitude around here is that we work hard and play hard. It is about having fun and laughing as much as possible, and above all making sure that the guests check out with a smile on their face.
