Yoga retreat center 🧘 volunteers wanted for first retreat season in Puglia Italy

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
We are looking for 3-4 volunteers to help us run our first retreat season in Puglia.
Volunteers receive accommodation in a bell tent, use of an indoor bathroom, three meals a day, one yoga class per day, and the chance to learn from all angles how a successful yoga retreat center is run. Massage therapists earn €25 per 1-hour massage.
The work of a volunteer here is very intense and mostly involves kitchen duties. This includes preparing breakfast, clearing breakfast, helping the chef in the kitchen, hosting guests, and there is a lot of washing up. All our volunteers must be kitchen trained. Retreats run for 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday, and volunteers have one day off per week. We only say this because we want to work with people who are very hard working, dedicated, grounded, and passionate about learning the day-to-day business of how a successful yoga retreat works.

WORKING ARRANGEMENT
Please note that our karma yoga scheme is definitely not for the faint-hearted. Volunteers give us at least 6 hours of voluntary work per day in return for bed, board, and one yoga class per day. Rather than being interested in how much you love yoga, how long you have been practising, or how spiritual you are, we are more interested in how hard you can work and how efficient you are.The work of a volunteer here is very intense and mostly involves kitchen duties.
