Farm and agritourism at an old mill in Tuscany, Italy 🌿🫒

We run a farm and agritourism set in a beautifully restored old mill, surrounded by 25 hectares of land. The property includes olive groves, a vegetable garden, herbs, chickens, donkeys, bees, and plenty of woodland. We also have a restaurant and 20 beds for guests, so when the season is busy, there is a lovely hum of activity around the place.

We are looking for help with a wide variety of tasks, depending on the season and what needs doing most urgently. This includes working in the vegetable garden, keeping the grounds tidy, cleaning around the house and garden, looking after the pool, helping with meal preparation when guests are staying, general maintenance jobs, working in the olive grove and woodland, building and repairing fences, and whatever else comes up on a working farm.The work varies day by day and season by season. Some days are busy and physical, others are more relaxed. We adapt to the rhythm of the farm and the needs of the agritourism. We are looking for people who are flexible, proactive, and happy to turn their hand to different tasks. The schedule is arranged in a way that gives you time to explore the beautiful surrounding area as well.You will have your own room in the farmhouse, comfortable and peaceful. Meals are provided and shared together, using produce from the garden and farm as much as possible. We are a family-friendly place, and children are welcome to come along too. The atmosphere is warm, down-to-earth, and welcoming to all ages.

The farm is set in a stunning part of Tuscany, with rolling hills, olive trees, and quiet country roads. There is plenty to explore nearby, and the pace of life here invites you to slow down and enjoy the simple things.
