PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Hi! We are a male couple and we are renovating an art nouveau flat. We already have a flat of about 140 square metres, and the new one is nearby, about 150 square metres. Later, there will be around 300 square metres to live and work in. We love the art nouveau style and its character.
We currently live with another friendly, personable person, and we also have a cat and a dog. We prefer a quiet flat, so there is a lot of conservation and work, but no party atmosphere. If you also like things relaxed and quiet, you are very welcome.
Martin is 28 and works in a hospital. Manuel is 37 and is self-employed with a hair salon. We like to cook, spend time in the garden and with our animals, go swimming, running, eat out in restaurants, and spend time with our families.
Around Hameln, the Weser Highlands are great for activities like biking, climbing, running, and more. Hameln itself is a fine little historical city with great and friendly people.

WORKING ARRANGEMENT
We need help with general maintenance, painting doors, scrubbing down doors and floors, cleaning, removing wallpaper, wall and door painting, and other renovation tasks. Help is required for 4 to 5 hours a day, 5 days a week. If you want to do more, we would be happy. Sometimes we work together in the flat for more than 5 hours when we don't have to go to our jobs. Some days we do nothing because we have to work outside.LIVING ARRANGEMENT
You will have your own room with a great bed. You will have free WiFi access, but no TV at the moment. You will have a quiet room. Meals are provided, and we often cook and eat together.Around Hameln, the Weser Highlands are great for activities like biking, climbing, running, and more.
