PROJECT DESCRIPTION
You are welcome to come and help us for one or two weeks with our ongoing projects in the beautiful village of Couiza, nestled in the heart of the Aude valley in southern France. Surrounded by the Pyrenees, rivers, and vineyards, this is a region rich in history, nature, and traditional village life.
We are working on restoring traditional village buildings, using local materials and techniques to bring old stone structures back to life. There are also creative projects like making bottle windows, building raised beds for the garden, cutting bamboo for various uses, and a wide range of general permaculture and garden tasks. The work is varied, hands-on, and deeply connected to the land and the seasons.

WORKING ARRANGEMENT
We are looking for people who are practical, motivated, and happy to learn. No specific experience is required, but a willingness to get stuck in and work with your hands is essential. The work is flexible and depends on what needs doing on the day. We ask for around 4 to 5 hours of help per day, with time to rest and explore the beautiful surroundings.LIVING ARRANGEMENT
Accommodation is provided, along with meals. You will stay with us in a comfortable setting, sharing daily life and eating together. The food is simple, local, and often homegrown.
