18th Century ocher house in Burgundy - France

We are the owners of an old 18th century ocher house in the lovely & greeny Burgundy. Close to Chablis & Auxerre, we are a small B&B and art center in a village. We are looking for an experienced handyman, preferably a builder to help us coating, sanding and painting.... We are open to your proposal and duration from october to march... We're looking for easy-going people to help us in our renovation project : 5 hours/day, 5 days/week, private room & bathroom, shared meals all week long... We speak french & english...
