Help wanted at a beachfront homestay and restaurant on Phu Quoc Island 🌴 Vietnam

Hi, I'm Thuy Ngoc Le, and I live on Phu Quoc Island, Vietnam. I run a small restaurant and homestay right by the beach, close to the Chen Sea Resort. I have many plans for the future to optimise my business and make it sustainable. I just finished building the first compost on the island with some friends, and I plan to plant a fruit forest and create a snake zoo with my father.

I am very interested in learning more about permaculture and applying many things to my land. But because I am running my business, I need help to bring all my ideas to life.I would love to develop my place with you and demonstrate sustainable living to my neighbours. Please be aware that you need a certain independence and autonomy. A project of your own would be good. When you arrive, I can introduce you to everything, and then we can figure out a good project together. That is most likely the best way, because I have to work a lot to earn my everyday money. The work is varied and depends on what needs doing, from gardening and composting to helping around the homestay and restaurant.I can offer free accommodation, simple and comfortable, right by the beach. I also have one additional motorbike for you to use, so you will be mobile and able to explore the island on your days off.
