Help with promotional activities and running Hospitality Venues like Cat Home Hostel

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
We are looking for friendly, reliable and proactive volunteers to join our hospitality team in Hat Yai and Krabi, Thailand.
We operate hospitality venues and hostels with a focus on creating comfortable, social and welcoming places for travellers. We’re looking for people who enjoy meeting guests, getting involved in day-to-day hostel life, and helping us improve and promote our properties.
The type of work varies depending on the location and your skills.
📍 Hat Yai
Our Hat Yai hostel is centrally located in the city’s Market Area, close to food, shopping, markets and many of the city's attractions.
Volunteers here will mainly help with:
Promoting the hostel online and through social media
Creating photos, videos and other promotional content
Helping improve our online presence and attract more guests
Welcoming and interacting with travellers
Helping maintain and organize common areas
Small day-to-day maintenance and improvement tasks
Helping create a friendly and social atmosphere for guests
Sharing ideas for activities, events and ways to improve the guest experience
The hostel has fast and stable 300+ Mbps Wi-Fi, common areas, balconies, terraces and outdoor spaces that are suitable for relaxing or working. We also have a piano and professional karaoke equipment, so there is plenty of opportunity to create a fun atmosphere for travellers.
📍 Krabi
We also have new hostel properties in Krabi where there is an opportunity to be more involved in developing the spaces.
Depending on your skills and interests, volunteers may help with:
Setting up and organizing new hostel spaces
General maintenance and improvements
Painting, decorating and small building projects
Furniture and common-area setup
Preparing rooms and shared spaces for guests
Creating promotional content
Social media and online promotion
Helping develop the atmosphere and concept of the hostel
Welcoming guests and helping with day-to-day operations
Krabi is particularly suitable for people who enjoy hands-on projects, building things, creative work and helping develop a property from the ground up.
Who would enjoy this experience?
We welcome travellers with different backgrounds and skills. You don't need to be a hospitality professional.
We would especially love to meet people who are:

Volunteers will stay at our hostel accommodation and have access to the shared facilities and common areas.
The hostel environment is social and international, so you'll have plenty of opportunities to meet other travellers and guests.
Depending on the property and availability, accommodation arrangements may vary between Hat Yai and Krabi. We'll confirm the specific accommodation details with you before your arrival.
Hat Yai is a convenient base for exploring southern Thailand, while Krabi offers easy access to beaches, islands, nature and outdoor activities.
