Hello peeps! We operate a low-footprint phinisi traditional sailing and fishing boat, mostly made of second-hand wood. We collect and process rainwater, ban single-use plastic, and are continuing efforts to make the boat able to sail without an engine. We also produce electricity from solar panels.We need your help to boost online marketing and social media popularity in exchange for a bed and food. Ideally, you have community manager or webmaster expertise, own a laptop, and have a good camera. It is more convenient if you are already in Indonesia. The work involves creating content, managing social media accounts, and helping with online visibility.You could stay on board a 25-metre liveaboard boat suitable for 16 guests, or in our 20-room eco-homestay. Accommodation and meals are provided, and you will be part of a sustainable, low-impact operation.

We are located in Labuan Bajo, on Flores Island, in the Komodo Natural Reserve. This area is full of unique spots and epic landscapes to discover, both on the sea, under the sea, and in the untouched countryside, with lakes, volcanoes, and waterfalls.
