Native of Peru is a voluntary, non-profit organization committed to improving the quality of life of Peruvians, especially children. We are looking for young people from all over the world to join our team and be part of a meaningful project that brings joy and hope to communities in need.

Position: Project Assistant
Project: Planting Smiles – a campaign made up of joint initiatives undertaken by volunteers and donors to support children and families during the holiday season.We are looking for someone with previous work experience in planning and coordinating projects. You must be at least 21 years old and able to write and speak fluently in both English and Spanish. The work involves supporting the coordination and implementation of the campaign, working closely with volunteers, donors, and local communities. The atmosphere is dynamic, collaborative, and deeply rewarding.The organisation covers 30% of your flight ticket, and accommodation and food are subsidised throughout your volunteering period. You will be staying in Huaral, a town north of Lima, surrounded by beautiful landscapes, rich culture, and warm local hospitality.
