Hot Chipilin is at an exciting turning point. For four years, we've been a beloved spot for Latin American guests, and now we're expanding to welcome the international crowd that floods Antigua's streets. That's where you come in.
You'll be joining a passionate 15-person Spanish-speaking team, a bilingual English speaking owner, and myself as the English/Dutch speaking coach as we bridge cultures and create unforgettable nights. Think beer pong tournaments, Reggaeton parties, salsa lessons, speed dating events, trivia nights, and live DJ sets; all in a space with dynamic lighting, a main dance floor with live music podium, and a basement bar perfect for intimate events.
Located just steps from Antigua's central park, we're surrounded by language schools, hostels, hotels, restaurants, salsa schools, and the vibrant energy of one of Guatemala's top tourist destinations.
## The Reality Check
Let's be honest: We're in a growth phase. You'll need creativity and patience as we attract our new audience. Our team is incredibly friendly but speaks primarily Spanish (though we're working on that!). You won't be walking into a polished, established English-speaking operation: you'll be helping us *build* it.

WORKING ARRANGEMENT
## What We're Looking For
We want **upbeat, service-minded women who tend their appearance and hygiene** who light up a room and genuinely enjoy connecting with people. If you're bilingual (English/Spanish), that's fantastic; but English speakers are absolutely welcome.
More than language skills, we value:
- **Quality & service orientation** (or eagerness to learn it);
- **Creativity and patience** as we build momentum with English-speaking guests;
- **Team spirit** and joy in collaborative work;
- **Positive energy** and the ability to make guests feel welcome.
This is a minimum one-month commitment because we believe in building real connections; with our team, our guests, and our vision.
## What You'll Do
**Your Role (6 hours/day, 5 days/week):**
- Serve as a friendly face for English-speaking guests; bringing drinks, making conversation, ensuring everyone has an amazing time;
- Help organize and energize our growing event calendar (ladies nights, mixology sessions, dance parties, and more);
- Promote upcoming events and help us spread the word (if you have social media experience, its a plus);
- Bridge the cultural gap between our Spanish-speaking team and international visitors.
**Your Days Off:** Two days weekly (Monday plus one flexible day) to explore Antigua's volcano hikes, hot springs, language exchanges, markets, and legendary nightlife.
LIVING ARRANGEMENT
## What We Provide
**Accommodation:** Clean, comfortable shared room with bunk beds in our hotel; just a 1-minute walk from Hot Chipilin restaurant. You'll have access to shared kitchen, Wi-Fi, and all amenities.
**Meals:** Two meals daily covered, breakfast in our hotel, the lunch and dinner in the restaurant.
**Experience:** Real insight into hospitality operations, event planning, team building, and cross-cultural collaboration: guided by a leadership coach focused on servant leadership and business improvement.
**Community:** A warm Spanish-speaking team eager to learn from you (we're even organizing English courses for them!), plus the chance to meet travelers from around the world.
