Help need it to learn a new language in Cali

Cali is the third biggest city in Colombia is it recognized for being the salsa's capital which is true. its a never sleep city and the peopre are just great. you will be living in the south of the city which is safe and always active.I want to learn a new language and it really doesnt matter that much about which one . I just want to have the chance to learn a new language , a new culture and new people as well. Besides, bringing someone here willl help my mom to learn at least a little bit of english :)
finally, Cali its a city pretty near to everything, we have the pacific coast just 3 hours away, the mountains 1 hour away and a lot of nature around everywhere. You will have accomodation provided and also breakfast.
