Support Adolescent Girls and Young Women (AGYW) Through Entrepreneurship and Vocational Skills Training in Bukoba.

Hello/Jambo, share your skills, passion, and commitment from wherever you are and help create sustainable opportunities for girls and young women in Tanzania. We are a community-based organization located in Bukoba, Kagera Region, near the beautiful shores of Lake Victoria.

Many of the girls and young women we support face challenges including poverty, child labour, domestic violence, school dropout, abuse, and exploitation. We believe every girl and young woman deserves the opportunity to feel safe, develop valuable skills, earn a sustainable income, and build a better future.

We welcome individual volunteers, students, families, groups, and friends to contribute their time and expertise to our community programmes.

Areas where you can contribute include:

-STEAM Education – Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics
-Training Centre Development – Supporting classes and learning spaces
-Handicrafts and Creative Skills
-Vocational and Technical Skills Training
-Business and Entrepreneurship Education
-Business Start-up Support for Young Women
-Sports and Games – Including coaching girls and young women in football and other activities.

We are near Uganda and Rwanda, close to these borders.
