Christian Ministry, Children & Community Service in Tanzania

EKKLESIA Tanzania is a Christ-centered ministry and Missionary Training Academy based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, serving children, families, and communities through Christian education, inclusive education, special needs support, discipleship, missionary training, volunteer engagement, leadership development, and practical community service.
We welcome international volunteers who desire to use their time, skills, experience, and creativity in meaningful service while learning from Tanzanian culture and participating respectfully in Christian community life.
Depending on their skills and interests, volunteers may support children's educational and recreational activities, tutoring and mentoring, Christian ministry, community engagement, digital communications and social media, content creation, technology support, fundraising and resource mobilization, administration, or other practical activities that strengthen our ministry and service.
Volunteers will work alongside the EKKLESIA team in a spirit of mutual respect, servant leadership, cultural learning, and practical contribution. This is a genuine volunteer exchange and is not a paid employment position.

________________________________________Volunteers contribute approximately 20–25 hours per week, according to agreed ministry and project needs, with regular free time for rest, cultural learning, personal activities, and exploration. Specific tasks and schedules will be agreed with each volunteer in advance.Full board provided by EKKLESIA, including accommodation and meals.
