Help me speak Spanish Fluently

I am currently learning Spanish in Barbados but feel I am not learning began the basic. I am passionate about learning a second language. I have visit Puerto Rico in Feb for a week to practice and Colombia in May for a week to practice. However, I have now made the decision that the best for me to really learn Spanish is to live in a Spanish speaking country or to get someone who speak/teach Spanish fluent to live with me and teach me, in exchange for free accommodation and meal, and get to live in Barbados in front of the beach with me. I work as a Butler/VIP service manager, and really want to learn for my professional and personal development. I would only need couple hours of lessons when I am working when I get breaks, and 4hours on my two off days .
